Abstracts are invited on any aspect of Jacques Derrida's work, and
we particularly welcome contributions from research students working in
the areas of philosophy, literature, and critical theory. Themes may include:
Derrida & the Tradition/ Derrida & his Contemporaries/ Language, Writing, Textuality/ Reading Derrida/ Between Philosophy & Literature/ Subjectivity, Alterity, Difference/ Technics & the Machine/ Ethics & Politics, etc.
Deadline for Submission of Proposed Paper Abstracts: 15th June 2003 Papers should take no more than 40 minutes to present (5,000 words max.). Notification of acceptance will be made via email in late June. Postgraduates who are interested in giving papers should submit abstracts of 400-500 words by email as a Word document attachment (also paste a copy in the body of your email in case the attachment is unreadable).
